Soper Brothers & Associates Payment Policy

Soper Brothers and Associates will be happy to discuss any of your individual financial needs. Our intent is to not turn clients away based upon their ability to pay. We believe our services are vital to the clients well being and we will consider each case individually. However, we generally require payment at the time service is rendered. Soper Brothers accepts all major credit cards and in some cases will help you secure financing for your services.

Since your procedure will require us to reserve you between six and twelve hours of professional and laboratory time, we may require a deposit. In the unlikely event that you miss your appointment or do not notify us of a need to change your appointment at least 48 hours in advance your deposit may be forfeited.

Our Director of Client Services, Ms. Claudia Abbott will assist you in making sure you receive the maximum benefit allowed by your health insurance carrier. However we are unable to accept payment directly from your insurance company (accept assignment) in most cases.
